We help organisations make difficult digital change executable, particularly when architecture, APIs, integrations, platforms, product thinking, governance and organisational responsibilities need to evolve together.

Technology problems are rarely only technology problems.

An integration problem can reveal unclear ownership. An architecture renewal can expose gaps between business strategy and platform decisions. An API programme can struggle because governance and product responsibilities have never been defined. An AI initiative can expose weaknesses that have existed in the organisation's architecture and operating model for years.

We work across those boundaries rather than treating each problem in isolation.

Our role is often to bring together perspectives that have become separated: business and technology, architecture and delivery, platforms and their consumers, governance and autonomy, and strategy and day-to-day decisions.

We combine strategy, architecture and product thinking with practical experience of how organisations actually make and deliver technology decisions. We aim to leave behind more than recommendations: clearer decisions, stronger ownership, workable practices and an organisation that is better able to continue the change itself.

We work through consulting and advisory engagements, coaching, training and workshops, and conference or company speaking.

The form of the engagement depends on the problem. Sometimes a focused workshop or outside perspective is enough to unblock a decision. In other situations, we work alongside leaders and teams over a longer period while architecture, governance and ways of working evolve.

Osaango is also closely involved in developing APIOps Cycles and growing the global APIOps Community.

APIOps Cycles provides a practical method for working through uncertainty around capabilities, APIs, integrations and automation. The wider APIOps Community brings practitioners together through meetups, events and shared learning.

We believe useful methods should not remain locked inside consulting engagements. Publishing, teaching, speaking and community work allow ideas developed through practice to be tested, challenged and used more widely.
