• Values

We want to help companies create interesting, innovative services using behaviour design and APIs. Our favorite projects are those where the goal is to do something good, like use energy more smartly or improve the quality of life or help people in their careers while tackling new technologies.

APIs are just a gateway to us, they bring endless possibilities to combine business, public sector goals like open data and new technologies like blockchain, artificial intelligence and machine learning together. The APIs just need to be understood, have good developer experience, great business model and safe and robust architecture and implementation. With APIs and behaviour design together, you can really design innovative products and services faster than before. These are the core issues in our trainings, consulting and the book Marjukka co-authored.

Osaango Oy was founded in January 2018 by Marjukka Niinioja who owns majority of shares in the company and is Chairman of the Board while also working in the company. Soon Anne-Maritta Talaslahti joined as partner and board member and Titta Suonio as deputy member of the board. All members of the core team had worked together in same company or same projects for several years.

    Team, partners and operating model

While the head-count of our team might seem small, we are working on a networked business model with individual entrepreneurs and companies like Digia, Citrus and Contribyte. We also co-operate with learning providers and platforms like Oppia.fi, Alma Talent and Koulutus.fi. We resell market and interesting API and platform related products and services and are also interested in co-developing new concepts and platforms.
