Developer Experience review and development plan - continuous sparring (6 months) was a forerunner with APIs, but they had reached a point where they didn't know how to achieve bigger scale. They experienced a 50% churn with new API users and needed to understand more about the developer journey and how to improve it. Osaango approached the work combining customer experience, user experience and developer experience design and evaluation methods. We also benchmarked the Rev APIs, API documentation and marketing and support material incl. SDKs to those of two competitors. The Rev team was really happy about the results, as we found many easy fixes that they were able to deliver quickly and some more fundamental things that they put on their roadmap. We also reviewed the service, that they launched later.

Osaango & KAVI – innovative, intelligent procurement
The national audiovisual institute KAVI stores huge amounts of data every year and is, among other things, responsible for the preservation of domestic films as well as television and radio programs. Artificial intelligence is a critical part of KAVI's operations. Marjukka Niinioja and Tessa Viitanen from Osaango Ltd sparred KAVI regarding their extensive operational and technological case, and the conversations tapped on e.g. artificial intelligence based solutions, innovative procurement procedures, software development processes and architecture.
