Iida has a bachelor's degree in tourism management from Haaga-Helia UAS. She has previous working experience in both Finland and Spain from roles in customer service, accommodation business, handling consumer feedback and IT- and payments support in the fast-growing e-gaming industry. In her studies, she has focused on service design while specializing in competitive destinations, and she has been a part of multiple marketing and event projects, taking a role in social media marketing and coordinating.
