We help Fondia to renew its digital services and service support systems and implemented the change. Also, we assisted to initiate the change in how the organization has organized itself to support service delivery and help Fondia to recruit key competence to support the process. We also helped to conceptualise and experiment with new digital services and assisted to select service providers.
